Contacted Link Radio Services when looking for a supplier of radios for our site, response to my query was extremely fast and helpful, I was offered (without asking) some radios to be sent for us to try in our environment and there was no time pressure put on us to come to a decision. We have people working in differing environments (noisy, driving fork lifts etc) so different attachments were needed to operate in different situations, again trial ear pieces/mikes were send free of charge for us to work out which worked best where. Needless to say, we chose Link Radio Services to provide our fleet of radios and have had no issues with them since we have been using them. I must say it was refreshing to work with a Company who seemed genuinely interested in making sure we had tried the goods and had all the information we needed before we made our decision – great customer service.
